My dog was very sick last night. She is 14 years old and had a vestibular episode. Basically vertigo for dogs. It makes them disoriented and stumble into things. Very much like a bad inner ear infection. I was able to get her some medication and confine her to her area. She finally fell asleep last night and I stayed close by. I was really worried there for a bit. Luckily this morning she seems to be doing better. She was able to stand up on her own this morning. I think I would have completely lost it if she had not gotten better. It was a rough night but I think the worst is over.
